Carl Icahn filed an amended 13D with the U.S. SEC to correct an error within a previous filing. According to the amendment, Icahn sold about 1.79 million shares of Greenbrier Cos. (NYSE: GBX) for 5.8 percent more than originally reported.
From the amended 13D:
"This Amendment Number 4 amends and restates the Amendment Number 3 in its entirety to correct a typographical error that appeared in Item 5(c) of the Amendment Number 3. Amendment Number 3 reported that on December 21, 2012 the Reporting Persons sold 1,786,334 Shares at a price of $15.41 per Share. The correct per Share sales price is $16.30 per Share."
