UPDATE: Herbalife (HLF) Reportedly Not Aware of FTC Probe

Herbalife (NYSE: HLF) continues to move off lows as Fox Business Network's Gasparino reports the company said they don't believe they are the subject of a FTC probe. Shares down 4.7%, but well off the lows.
