61 months?! you said, "With the SOXX now in the 61st month of sustained appreciation without a >10% correction, this could be another reason to believe the group is in for a breather." the SOXX hit a low of about 171 in Oct 2008 after correcting from 421 over the previous 6 months or so. October 2008 to Jan 2010 is about 15 months, not 61 months.

WHat Evidence? Please do share, inquiring minds would like to know. I have seen very little evidence other than a few patented memory controllers and simple clocks, which are pretty universal and existed before RMBS came along. DRAM technology is not owned by RMBS. Why does every body assume that? This litigation is only stumping the advancement of technology and could possibly ramp up prices on RAM technology. RMBS has been trying to monopolize the RAM sector for years, bullying and threatening all the companies in this sector. It's ridiculous.

Micron The evidence in the anti-trust suit is so overwhelming in favor of Rambus Micron would be bankrupted by a verdict that would award Rambus tripple damages. I believe Micron will be forced to settle before the trial is over.
