Atlantic Tele-Network, Inc. (NASDAQ: ATNI) 18% HIGHER; agreed to sell its domestic retail wireless business operated under the Alltel name by ATN’s subsidiary Allied Wireless Communications Corporation. AT&T (NYSE: T) will purchase the operations in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $780 million.

SeaCube Container Leasing Ltd. (NYSE: BOX) 13% HIGHER; Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan and SeaCube Container Leasing Ltd. announced they have entered into an agreement by which Teachers' will acquire 100% of the shares of SeaCube, one of the world's largest container leasing companies.

Celsion Corporation (Nasdaq: CLSN) 10% HIGHER; The company Zhejiang Hisun Pharmaceutical Company Ltd. have entered into a technology development agreement for ThermoDox® for the greater China territory. Under the terms of the agreement, Hisun will pay $5 million to Celsion immediately, while Celsion will provide Hisun with support for its ThermoDox® manufacturing development program. This payment is non-refundable and comes in advance of Celsion's expected reporting of results from its pivotal Phase III trial (the HEAT Study) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), also known as primary liver cancer later this month.

Arena Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: ARNA) 8% LOWER; received the Day 180 List of Outstanding Issues from the EMA’s Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use, or CHMP. The issues will need to be addressed before the CHMP can recommend BELVIQ for marketing approval in the EU. The major objections relate to previously identified non-clinical and clinical issues, including tumors in rats, valvulopathy and psychiatric events, and the CHMP requests that we further justify BELVIQ’s overall benefit-risk balance taking these issues into consideration.

Research In Motion (Nasdaq: RIMM) 8% HIGHER; Upgraded at Scotiabank. Also, CEO Thorsten Heins told German paper Dei Welt that as part of its strategic review it is considering the sale of its hardware production as well as the licensing of its software.

ValueVision Media Inc. (NASDAQ: VVTV) 4% HIGHER; insider buying

Travelers Cos, Inc. (NYSE: TRV) 4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.72, $0.58 better than the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $6.48 billion versus the consensus estimate of $6.39 billion

NuPathe (NASDAQ: PATH) 4% HIGHER; WBB Securities upgraded from Buy to Strong Buy with a price target of $7.00.

Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Inc. (NYSE: KKD) 4% HIGHER; positive Jim Cramer Mad Money mention

Nu Skin Enterprises Inc. (NYSE: NUS) 2% LOWER; Dan Loeb is short

Fortinet (NASDAQ: FTNT) 2% LOWER; JMP Securities downgraded from Market Outperform to Market Perform.

ARM Holdings (NASDAQ: ARMH) 2% LOWER; Benchmark downgraded from Buy to Hold with a price target of $42.00.

F5 Networks (NASDAQ: FFIV) 1% LOWER; Needham & Company downgraded from Buy to Hold

Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) 1% LOWER; Susquehanna downgraded from Positive to Neutral.

Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold (NYSE: FCX) 1% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.74, ex-items, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.72. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.51 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.48 billion.

Dupont (NYSE: DD) 1% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.11, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $7.3 billion versus the consensus estimate of $7.3 billion. Dupont sees FY2013 EPS of $3.85-4.05, versus the consensus of $3.84

Verizon Communications, Inc. (NYSE: VZ) 1% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.38, which may not compare with the analyst estimate of $0.52. Revenue for the quarter came in at $30.05 billion versus the consensus estimate of $29.75 billion. EPS includes 7 cent Hurricane Sandy effect.

Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ) 0.5% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.19, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $1.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $17.6 billion versus the consensus estimate of $17.67 billion. Johnson & Johnson sees FY2013 EPS of $5.35-.5.45, versus the consensus of $5.49.
