Limited Brands (NYSE: LTD) reports Q3 EPS of $0.02, ex-items, 3 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.01). Revenue for the quarter was $1.78 billion, which compares to the estimate of $1.77 billion. Shares are down 3.12% today, maybe investors felt the higher outlook was already baked into the stock and management was 'sand-bagging' results.

Highlights From LTD's Q3 Conference Call:
Raises its Q4 adj-EPS guidance from $0.75-$0.90 to $0.93-$1.08, versus the consensus of $0.79.
(CAO) We are pleased with the progress that we made in each of our businesses versus spring, which overall enabled us to exceed our initial earnings guidance and increase operating income by $17.7 million, or 43%, over last year.
