Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) has integrated eBay's (Nasdaq: EBAY) PayPal into its online store.
TheNextWeb observed that PayPal was now a payment option for U.S. and U.K. shoppers at checkout.
Apple is also said to be promoting PayPal's financing scheme by offering users the option of paying on installments for items totaling over $250.
News comes as Apple is working to expand the presence of its recently launched Apple Pay platform.
Shares of Apple are lower in early trading Friday.
