Camtek Ltd. (NASDAQ: CAMT) 10% HIGHER; entered into a frame engagement for 10 semiconductor inspection systems with an Asian OSAT (outsourced semiconductor assembly and test) company. The first systems' order, in excess of $2 million, will be installed during the second and third quarters, with expectations for additional systems' orders over the next few quarters.
Ship Finance International Limited (NYSE: SFL) 5.4% LOWER; announced an underwritten public offering of 8,000,000 common shares. The common shares are being offered pursuant to the Company's effective shelf registration statement. The Company intends to use the net proceeds of this offering to invest in new assets within the shipping and offshore sectors and for general corporate purposes, including working capital.
Hormel Foods Corp. (NYSE: HRL) font color="red">4.8% LOWER; lowered its full year guidance range for fiscal 2013 from $1.93 - $2.03 per share to $1.88 - $1.96 per share. The consensus is $1.99.
Walter Energy (NYSE: WLT) 3.9% HIGHER; Morgan Stanley maintained an Overweight Walter Energy with a price target of $47.00. Analyst Evan Kurtz sees huge upside in the stock and thinks shares could climb 200% even if the company announced an equity offering that increased share count by one-third, something management does not plan to due.

Sony Corporation (NYSE: SNE) 3.5% HIGHER; Dan Loeb's Third Point raises stake
GenMark Diagnostics (NASDAQ: GNMK) 3.4% LOWER; updated its annual revenue guidance for the year ending December 31, 2013. As a result of additional uncertainties relating to the future revenue contribution from its largest customer, together with persisting reimbursement and other challenges affecting the emerging pharmacogenomics market sector, the Company is updating its annual revenue guidance to approximately $30 million from its original estimate of approximately $35 million. The Wall Street consensus is $35.1 million
Rambus Inc. (Nasdaq: RMBS) 2.9% HIGHER; signed a license agreement with STMicroelectronics (NYSE: STM). Also, updated its revenue guidance for the quarter ending June 30, 2013, narrowing the range to $56 million to $58 million from the initial range of $53 million to $58 million. In addition, subsequent to the Hynix settlement announced last week, the Company will be reversing a prior accrual included in operating expenses, related to previously awarded costs of $8 million in litigation expenses.

Revenue for the quarter came in at $227.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $223.58 million. Korn/Ferry Int'l sees Q1 2013 revenue of $215-227 million, versus the consensus of $217.47 million
Williams Partners L.P. (NYSE: WPZ) 1.6% LOWER; Goldman Sachs downgrades
Elan Corporation, plc (NYSE: ELN) 1.3% HIGHER; Jefferies raises price target to $19 on takeover value
Valeant Pharmaceuticals (NYSE: VRX) 1% LOWER; filed a preliminary prospectus supplement to its effective shelf registration statement on Form S-3 and has today made a similar filing with securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces of Canada in connection with a public offering of its common shares to raise gross proceeds of approximately $1.75 billion.
Ingersoll-Rand (NYSE: IR) 0.8% HIGHER; announced that Allegion plc filed a Form 10 Registration Statement with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission in connection with Ingersoll Rands previously announced plan to spin off its commercial and residential security businesses.
