American International Group, Inc. (NYSE: AIG) settlement with ex-chairman Hank Greenberg approved, according to headlines.
UPDATE - Total compensation of $115 million will be paid out by AIG to Greenberg and other executives. Greenberg and the group the government on AIG's behalf, claiming the company was unfairly compensated during the government's bailout.
Shares of AIG are up 1.1 percent Wednesday afternoon.
