Moving higher on the session is MBIA, Inc. (NYSE: MBI) following an announcement that Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) is settling with the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) over losses related to purchases of residential mortgage-backed securities by failed corporate credit unions.
