Sidney Frank Importing Co., Inc., was said to have sued Beam, Inc. (NYSE: BEAM) over ending its Michael Collins Irish Whiskey contract. Sidney Frank is said to be seeking $100 million in damages.
A spokesperson for Sidney Frank said the company has "no comment at this time."
