Apple, Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) is dropping its patent claims against Samsung related to the Galaxy S III Mini, which Samsung said is not available for sale in the United States and should not be included in the case.
Apple disclosed the agreement in a filing on Friday in U.S. District Court in San Jose, California, according to reports from Reuters.
