JPMorgan Chase (JPM) Declares $0.30 Qtr Dividend; Doesn't Try to Beat the 'Cliff'

JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized. Interestingly, the company didn't try to beat the fiscal cliff as so many others have.

The dividend will be payable on January 31, 2013, to stockholders of record on January 4, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of January 2, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.8 percent.
