Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) is looking flat in late trading Monday, as reports that Samsung will get another chance to sway a U.S. trade agency in patent litigation.
According to Bloomberg, the International Trade Commission (ITC) will review September 14th findings that cleared Apple of pant violation "in its entirety." Samsung previously said Apple's iPhone and iPad infringe on its design patents.
Should a ruling be overturned, Samsung might move to block import of certain Apple devices.
Shares of Apple rose about 7.2 percent on the session.
