Celebrity Magic Johnson Teams with OraSure (OSUR) to Launch In-Home HIV Test

OraSure Technologies (Nasdaq: OSUR) has hired celebrity Magic Johnson as spokesperson for its In-Home HIV Test, according analysts at Canaccord Genuity. The product is now for sale at over 30,000 retailers and online across the U.S.

"Our channel checks indicate the product is widely available," said analyst Jeffrey Frelick.

Frelick thinks Magic Johnson is an excellent choice given his stature as the face of HIV.

Canaccord Genuity has a Buy rating on OraSure Technologies (NASDAQ: OSUR) with a price target of $14.00.
