Jefferies maintains a 'Buy' on Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) price target of $900.00.
Analyst, Peter Misek, said, "We hosted a conference call with David Sunshine, a leading patent attorney, who gave some thoughts on the litigation occurring in the smartphone arena. He believes Apple has <50% chance of getting an injunction against Samsung in connection with the recent case, has a good prospect of winning the second case against Samsung (scheduled trial 03/14) if it goes to a jury, and there will likely be an Apple/Samsung global settlement."
