Oppenheimer maintains an 'Outperform' on Triumph Group (NYSE: TGI) price target of $74.00.
Analyst, Yair Reiner, said, "The discussions reinforced our view that TGI is on track to deliver mid-single digit revenue growth through F2014, as commercial rate hikes should more than offset headwinds in defense. Also likely to help is TGI's aftermarket business, which continues to benefit from recent share gains at Delta (NYSE: DAL) and FedEx (NYSE: FDX). With respect to margin expansion—the chief driver of TGI's stock over the last two years—untapped acquisition synergies, improving execution, and higher volumes suggest the best is still to come. In sum, at 9.3x FY14E earnings, shares appear to bake in every misty anxiety about the aero order cycle, but almost none of TGI's far more palpable strengths."
