Broadscoft, Inc. (NASDAQ: BSFT) 23% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.33, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter came in at $40.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $37.32 million. Broadscoft sees Q3 EPS of $0.27-$0.33, versus the consensus of $0.31. Broadscoft sees FY EPS of $1.30-$1.40, versus the consensus of $1.25.

WMS Industries, Inc. (NYSE: WMS) 20% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.40, $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.45. Revenue for the quarter came in at $195.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $188.82 million. Multiple downgrades.

JDA Software Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: JDAS) 9% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.54, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.57. Revenue for the quarter came in at $168.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $171.24 million. Jda Software Group, Inc. sees FY2012 EPS of $2.05-$2.20, versus the consensus of $2.31.
