Chesapeak in the CAT BIRD SEAT I live in the heart of the Marcellus Shale gas discovery Upstate N.Y. Geologists here at the University beleive it is the largest in the world.Chesapeak was the first player in !! And purchased land as cheap as 5$ per acre. Now the price is driving up to 7500$ an acre. Locally there is frenzy to participate.Chesapeak has huge leverage. well positioned and ready to drill. Rumors it will partner with British Petrolium here in N.Y.

cng hydrogen electrical grid when can we expect the transition to cng driven transportation, has goverment made a decision yet,my feelings on electric battery powered vehicles. is one of disdain, batteries will never work for any distance driven. I firmly believe t hat the final solution is hydrogen fuel cells , or perhaps the old fashion electric grid , that we had 70 years ago for trolleys and buses. or perhaps electrified interstate capability imbeded in the existing roads already built. torsu6
