Inland Real Estate (NYSE: IRC) reported Q2 EPS of $0.22, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter came in at $40.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $39.9 million.
Consolidated same store net operating income (NOI) rose for the sixth consecutive quarter, increasing 4.2 percent for the three months ended June 30, 2012 over the second quarter of 2011.
