at 08:29 PM Real Estate The markets have shown, along with the feds, that NO ONE really knows whats going to happen. You can make all the optimistic speculation you want. The commercial market is nowhere near bottom.

at 09:34 PM buy? Retail will plunge in the next few years simply because there is way too much retail. The consumer has spoken. You can build it, but they ultimately decide if they will come or not.
