Another one bites the dust...
According to a post on its blog Friday, NVIDIA (Nasdaq: NVDA) has suspended the operations of its Developer Zone due to "attacks on the site by unauthorized third parties who may have gained access to hashed passwords."
No specific numbers were released on the damage, but NVIDIA said it is "investigating this matter and working around the clock to ensure that secure operations can be restored."
The company suggests you change identical passwords you might be using elsewhere.
News comes following reports Thursday that Yahoo! (Nasdaq: YHOO) had over 400,000 accounts hacked, though sources said information was encrypted with a "Don't look here! No passwords to be found!" sign (a.k.a. - no encryption).
Shares of NVIDIA are flat in early trading Friday.
