Chesapeake Midstream Partners (NYSE: CHKM) shares are higher on the session following the announcement this morning that Chesapeake (NYSE: CHK) is selling all of its Limited Partner Units and General Partner Interests in the unit to Global Infrastructure Partners in a deal valued at $2 billion.
