Wynn (WYNN) Makes $4 Billion Bet on New Macau Casino

Wynn's (NYSE: WYNN) new casino in Macau will cost $4 billion, said Chief Executive Steve Wynn on Tuesday, according to reports from Reuters.

The new casino has the gaming company doubling down on Macau, an area that has seen tremendous growth, quickly overtaking Las Vegas as a key driver of revenue and earnings for companies in the industry. Macau is located on the southern coast of China, and is a favorite destination for Chinese tourists.
