Acacia (ACTG) Units Enter Double Data SDRAM Patent Settlements with Elite Semi

Acacia Research Corporation (Nasdaq: ACTG) reports that its DRAM Memory Technologies LLC and DRAM Technologies LLC subsidiaries have entered into a settlement agreement with Elite Semiconductor Memory Technology, Inc. regarding patents related to double data rate SDRAM devices. The settlement agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the Central District of California and the Eastern District of Texas.
