Nomura Securities maintains a 'Neutral' on FedEx (NYSE: FDX) price target of $90.00.

Analyst, Mark Mc Vicar, said, "Our Q3 EPS estimate of $1.31 compares with Bloomberg consensus of $1.35 and the company guidance of $1.25 - $1.45 given with the Q2 results in December 2011. Within the mix we look for improvements from all divisions, with pricing to be a stronger contributor than volume in most divisions, given the scale of fuel cost increases that need to be passed through. Our EPS estimate for FY12 of $6.27 compares with Bloomberg consensus of $ 6.36 and company guidance of $6.25 - $6.75. We believe the risk is on the upside going into these numbers, although the volume pattern is likely to remain uncertain in the early months of this year and fuel increases a challenge."
