Deutsche Bank upgraded Sony Corp. (NYSE: SNE) from Buy to Hold. PT YEN1,950.

Deutsche analyst said, "Positives include 1) current forex rates, 2) low risk of major earnings sliding due to high levels of writedowns on fixed assets, and little risk of sharp discounting from current valuation (P/B 0.75x), and 3) semiconductors are entering an earnings expansion. Negatives include 1) delays improving TV business earnings, 2) further restructuring, and 3) PS Vita sales short of our estimates, creating a risk of FY3/13 price cuts. While we view PS Vita as relatively impressive in the consumer electronics sector, we see news that
would make it a must-have item as lacking."
