Central European Distribution (Nasdaq: CEDC) holder Mark Kaufman filed an amended 13D with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission with the following modification to Item 4:
"On March 12, 2012, William V. Carey, Chief Executive Officer of the Issuer and David Bailey, Lead Director of the Issuer, sent a letter to Kaufman stating that the board of directors of the Issuer currently intends to include Kaufman on the list of directors for nomination at the 2012 annual meeting of stockholders."
