(OTCBB: XOHO) today announced its third quarter 2009 financial and operational results, reporting a year-over-year increase in revenue, adjusted EBITDA (a non-GAAP financial measure) and net income. Adjusted EBITDA was $44.1 million in the third quarter of 2009, an increase of $0.8 million compared to the same period last year. Net income in the third quarter of 2009 was $19.0 million, an increase of $42.3 million compared to the $23.3 million net loss reported for the same period last year. The company's net income for the third quarter of 2009 principally resulted from gains of approximately $16.3 million from the sale of marketable securities.
