Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on Vail Resorts (NYSE: MTN) price target of $51.00.

Analyst, Felicia R. Hendrix, said, "Vail reported FY2Q12 EPS of $1.27 versus $1.48 last year, our $1.52 estimate and consensus of $1.44...Our FY3Q12 EBITDA and EPS estimates go to $189.2 million and $2.43 from $196.4 million and $2.56, reflecting more conservative visitation and EBITDA margin expectations. Our FY2012 EBITDA and EPS estimates go to $203.1 million and $0.49 from $222.4 million and $0.87. Our FY2013 EBITDA and EPS estimates go to $242.3 million and $1.14 from $244.2 million and $1.19."
