Federal Court Affirms Grupo Aeroportuario (GAP) By-Laws Suspension Following Grupo México Appeal

Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V., (NYSE: PAC) announced that it had been notified by a federal court of last resort that the indefinite suspension ordered in GAP’s protection proceeding in defense of its by-laws was affirmed after an appeal by Grupo México, S.A.B. de C.V. and the Mexican Banking and Securities Commission.
This definite suspension remains in place and prevents the CNBV from issuing a decision regarding the public tender offer announced by Grupo México until the protection proceeding is resolved.
