Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on Vail Resorts (NYSE: MTN) price target of $52.00.

Barclays analyst says, "Indicators for the upcoming ski season at Vail's resorts suggest strong demand from a broad base of customers (including international customers, destination visitors and local skiers), demonstrating the continued attractiveness of a vacation at Vail's properties despite today's uncertain economic conditions."

"Our FY2Q EBITDA and EPS estimates go to $145.1mn and $1.70, up from $140.7mn and $1.62. Our FY12 EBITDA and EPS estimates go to $231.9mn and $1.03 from $230.0mn and $0.94. Our FY13 EBITDA and EPS estimates go to $250.4mn and $1.29 from $246.6mn and $1.21."
