Goldman Sachs removed First Solar (NASDAQ: FSLR) from its Conviction Buy List and dropped its price target from $175 to $150.
The firm cited near-term uncertainty and a preference for other areas in their commodities and industrials business unit.
"Despite lower near-term industry visibility, our bullish, long-term fundamental thesis that First Solar offers a long-run cost advantage and more visible earnings growth vs. peers remains intact," the analyst said.
