Nomura Securities maintains a 'Buy' on Discover Financial (NYSE: DFS), PT $27.
Nomura analyst, Brian Foran, said, "We rate DFS at Buy given rapidly improving credit, loan growth inflection, valuation at 9X 2012, and upside to numbers from excess capital. The stock has notably underperformed over the past week. In part, this is investors selling the few stocks that have worked in financials."
