Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE: NUS) reports that the Tokyo District Court has upheld previous assessments by Japan Customs of approximately $33 million in customs duties on the company's products from 2002 to 2005.
Nu Skin CFO said that Nu Skin is likely to appeal the decision.
Nu Skin also sees a Q111 impact of $0.01 - $0.02 on EPS in Japan stemming from recent events there. NUS believes that the impact will be largely offset by strength from its other markets and favorable foreign currency moves.
