Yesterday, StreetInsider.com put together a list of potential M&A targets for Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE: BRK/A) (NYSE: BRK/B) after he revealed in his annual shareholder letter that he is on the prowl for another major acquisition. "Our elephant gun has been reloaded, and my trigger finger is itchy," he said. Today the Wall Street Journal has its own list.
The Wall Street Journal's list included: Illinois Tool Works (NYSE: ITW), Automatic Data Processing (NYSE: ADP), Kennametal (NYSE: KEM), Expeditors International of Washington (Nasdaq: EXPD), Schindler, and W.W. Grainger (NSYE: GWW). Read more about their reasons here.
