Shares of Sears (SHLD) Gain 20%+ in After-Hours Trading on Q1 Earnings, Credit Facility Extension

After closing today's intraday trading session down about 6%, shares of Sears Holdings (Nasdaq: SHLD) have rocketed nearly 21% in the after-hours session on Q1 earnings that came in much better than what Wall Street analysts had been expecting and also news that the retailer has received an extension to its revolving credit facility until summer of 2012.
The stock most recently traded at $61.37, up $11.20 from the close.
SHLD's quarterly non-GAAP EPS came in at $0.38, $1.26 higher than the Street's estimate looking for a loss of $0.88. Revs for the quarter were in-line at $10.06 billion.
