Sachem Capital Corp. (SACH) Declares $0.12 Quarterly Dividend; 9.2% Yield

Sachem Capital Corp. (NYSE: SACH) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 16, 2021, to stockholders of record on April 12, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of April 9, 2021.

The annual yield on the dividend is 9.2 percent.
