Xinyuan Real Estate (NYSE: XIN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.025 per share, or $0.1 annualized. This is a 75% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.10.

The dividend will be payable on July 8, 2020, to stockholders of record on June 16, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of June 15, 2020.
