LyondellBasell Industries (NYSE: LYB) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.05 per share, or $4.2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2020, to stockholders of record on June 8, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of June 5, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.5 percent.
