Boston Properties (NYSE: BXP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.98 per share, or $3.92 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on April 30, 2020, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of March 30, 2020.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4.6 percent.
