KKR Real Estate Finance Trust (KREF) Declares $0.43 Quarterly Dividend, 13.8% Yield; Provides Update on Expected 1Q20 Performance

KKR Real Estate Finance Trust (NYSE: KREF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.43 per share, or $1.72 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2020, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of March 30, 2020.

In addition, the Company announced that as of today, it anticipates to cover or exceed its declared dividend per share of common stock with its net-core earnings per diluted share for the quarter ended March 31, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 13.8 percent.
