Equity Residential (EQR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6.2% to $0.6025; 3.4% Yield

Equity Residential (NYSE: EQR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.6025 per share, or $2.41 annualized. This is a 6.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.5675.

The dividend will be payable on April 13, 2020, to stockholders of record on March 23, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of March 20, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.4 percent.
