Lancaster Colony Corp. (LANC) Declares $0.7 Quarterly Dividend; 1.8% Yield

Lancaster Colony Corp. (NASDAQ: LANC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.7 per share, or $2.8 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 31, 2020, to stockholders of record on March 6, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of March 5, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.8 percent.

CEO David A. Ciesinski said, "The dividend reflects the company's continued strong financial position and will be the 227th consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid by the company since September 1963." He noted that the indicated annual payout for the current fiscal year ending June 30, 2020 is $2.75 per share, up from the $2.55 per share paid in fiscal 2019.
