RLJ Lodging Trust (RLJ) Tops Q4 EPS by 10c, Revenues Beat

RLJ Lodging Trust (NYSE: RLJ) reported Q4 EPS of $0.17, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $347.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $341.43 million.

Fourth Quarter Highlights

  • Pro forma RevPAR decrease of 0.5%
  • Pro forma Hotel EBITDA Margin of 30.0%
  • Net income of $34.9 million
  • Adjusted EBITDA of $96.3 million
  • Adjusted FFO per diluted common share and unit of $0.41
  • Repurchased 0.7 million common shares for approximately $12.2 million
