Oak Valley Bancorp (NASDAQ: OVLY) declared a semi-annual dividend of $0.14 per share, or $0.28 annualized. This is a 3.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.135.

The dividend will be payable on February 14, 2020, to stockholders of record on February 3, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of January 31, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
