TEGNA (TGNA) Declares $0.07 Quarterly Dividend; 1.8% Yield

TEGNA (NYSE: TGNA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.07 per share, or $0.28 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 1, 2019, to stockholders of record on June 7, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of June 6, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.8 percent.

“TEGNA’s strong balance sheet and operational excellence, combined with our ongoing strategic initiatives, continue to deliver stable and growing free cash flow and value for our shareholders,” said Dave Lougee, president and CEO, TEGNA.
