Redwood Trust (RWT) Declares $0.30 Quarterly Dividend; 7.8% Yield

Redwood Trust (NYSE: RWT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 29, 2019, to stockholders of record on March 15, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of March 14, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.8 percent.

"The payment of regular dividends is an important element of Redwood's commitment to delivering value to our shareholders. Our first quarter 2019 dividend will mark our 79th consecutive quarterly distribution," said Christopher J. Abate, Redwood's Chief Executive Officer.
