Midland States Bancorp (NASDAQ: MSBI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2425 per share, or $0.97 annualized. This is a 10.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.22.

The dividend will be payable on February 22, 2019, to stockholders of record on February 15, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of February 14, 2019.
