Xinyuan Real Estate (XIN) Declares $0.10 Quarterly Dividend; 6.3% Yield

Xinyuan Real Estate (NYSE: XIN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.4 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2018, to stockholders of record on February 28, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of February 27, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.3 percent.
