State Bank Financial (NASDAQ: STBZ) declared a quarterly dividend of $.20 per share, or $0.8 annualized. This is a 42.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.14.

The dividend will be payable on March 13, 2018, to stockholders of record on March 5, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of March 2, 2018.
